LedgerGuard QuickBooks Integration End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

These terms govern the limited use of Steel Beam Contractor Solutions LLC's internal LedgerGuard QuickBooks Online integration.

Effective date: August 9, 2026

These End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Terms") govern authorized use of the LedgerGuard QuickBooks Online integration operated by Steel Beam Contractor Solutions LLC ("Steel Beam"). By accessing or using the integration, an authorized user agrees to these Terms. If an authorized user does not agree, that user must not use the integration.

Who may use the integration

The integration is intended only for authorized Steel Beam personnel and Steel Beam's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered for client-company connections, public self-service use, or multi-company access.

Read-only QuickBooks access

When a connection is available and authorized, the integration is designed to request only the limited, read-only QuickBooks Online information needed for Steel Beam's internal bookkeeping and financial-review work. It is not designed to create, edit, delete, reconcile, pay, or otherwise change QuickBooks Online records.

Access and responsible use

An authorized user must complete QuickBooks Online authorization only for the intended Steel Beam company and must not attempt to connect a client, personal, or unfamiliar company. Do not submit QuickBooks credentials, authorization codes, or account data through this public website or its contact forms.

Connection and disconnection

Steel Beam may make a reviewed connection or disconnection workflow available to authorized personnel. A completed disconnection is intended to end the integration's future token-based access to the connected QuickBooks Online company. Disconnecting the integration does not alter the company's QuickBooks Online records.

Professional scope

Steel Beam provides bookkeeping and financial-operations support and software-assisted reporting. It does not provide legal, investment, lending, insurance, or other regulated professional advice unless separately engaged and qualified to do so. Users remain responsible for reviewing important business decisions and records with the appropriate professionals.

Updates and contact

Steel Beam may update these terms as the integration changes. The original effective date is August 9, 2026; an updated version will identify its publication or revision date. Questions about these Terms or the integration may be sent to support@steel-beam.org.
